Any claim other than accidental claims inside 30 day waiting period

Obesity & weight control
Any claim for PEDs made during the waiting period of 36 months for 1 & 2 year policies or 30 months for 3 year policy.
Change of gender treatments
Any claim for specific procedures or diseases during the waiting period of 24 months
Cosmetic or plastic surgery
Investigation & Evaluation
Hazardous or adventure sports
Rest care & rehab outside the limits covered

Alcholism, drug or substance abuse
Excluded providers
Treatment recieved in nature clinics, health hydros, spas, etc and dietary supplements and substances purchase without prescription

Claims settlement

If you go to a non-network hospital, you will have to get the claim settled on reimbursement basis by providing the original bills and documents to the insurer
If you get admitted to a network hospital, you can get a cashless authorization from the insurer and then the insurer will settle the expenses directly with the hospital.
