Any claim other than accidental claims inside 30 day waiting period

Obesity & weight control
Any claim for PEDs made during the waiting period of 36 months for 1 & 2 year policies or 30 months for 3 year policy.
Change of gender treatments
Any claim for specific procedures or diseases during the waiting period of 24 months
Cosmetic or plastic surgery

Claims settlement

If you go to a non-network hospital, you will have to get the claim settled on reimbursement basis by providing the original bills and documents to the insurer
